The hotel has no 'Kiblat' sign in the rooms, but they are beautifully designed. The cleanliness could be improved, which is a downside. The service is outstanding, with kind and hospitable staff members going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The location is superb, allowing easy access to top attractions like the Twin Towers and KLCC park. The dining experience was marvelous, offering a wide variety of high-quality options. Overall, the hotel provides great value for money despite some cleanliness issues.
The hotel offers good comfort with spacious, spotless rooms equipped with nice facilities. The service is friendly and helpful, though there may be limited access to some areas. Located near the iconic Petronas Twin Towers, it provides a superb setting with great views. The dining experience is excellent with a variety of choices, and the facilities are extraordinary.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of great views and sticky situations. The room was huge with an amazing view of KLCC, yet I encountered a sticky substance on the bedside table at check-in. The service was exceptional, going above and beyond with lovely surprises like a birthday gesture and thoughtful amenities. The location was convenient, next to Suria KLCC, but the multiple lifts to reach the ground floor were a bit inconvenient. The dining experience was good but could use some improvement in the breakfast menu.
